Our Web site is run on a secure server and all of your information is protected with the use of advanced secure socket layer (SSL) technology. To provide additional security, all personal and credit card information is encrypted using state-of-the-art security. Your credit card numbers are never stored or transmitted insecurely.

To guarantee secure transmission our store uses a 128 bit secure SSL connection from our secure server to your web browser. Most web browsers will show a lock icon in the lower right corner of the web browser window to indicate a secure SSL connection.

PLEASE NOTE

Keep in mind that some items we produce are illegal to sell and or possess in some states and countries. Nunchaku cannot be sold in CA, NY and MA. Please find out your local and state requirements for weapons before purchasing these weapons with our company.

Woodalls Custom Workshop is not responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of the weapons or equipment it sells nor are the owners. Purchasers of weapons must be 18 years or older.

1. Q: How do I place an order?

A: You have several options available to you. These options are:

Option 1 order online using our secure store.

Option 2 order using a credit card over the phone by calling our toll-free number 1-888-578-7576 and speak to one of our customer representatives.

    Keep in mind that even if you are ordering over the phone or through traditional mail that you can still shop at the website. Simply log in as a user filling out information like shipping address, phone number and email address (no credit card information is required) and then fill your shopping cart with your items. Simply log off your account after your cart is filled. Give us a phone call to pay over the phone.

    2. Q: What type of payments do you accept?

    A: Again, you have several options:
    Major Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express No personal checks, please.

    We make and sell weapons which are prohibited by the Paypal User Agreement therefore we do not accept Paypal.

    Credit card 'charge-backs' will be considered fraud and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. The governing laws of Florida will apply.

    SHIPPING

    3. Q: What shipping methods are available?

    A: We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground but have had the best luck shipping USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. However UPS rates and USPS rates fluctuate. We will determine which shipping method is cheaper for you and will ship that way. Either way, you will be contacted via telephone or email and given your tracking number.

    Visit the UPS Web site http://www.ups.com  and enter your tracking number to get an estimate of the arrival date. The website for the U.S. Postal Service is http://www.usps.com. Please allow 24 hours for the package to enter the tracking system before entering your tracking number. If you enter your tracking number too early you will get a message stating that your tracking number is not valid.

    4. Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    A: Yes, as long as you use USPS services. Woodall's Custom Workshop uses delivery confirmation to guarantee package arrival and deter the fraudulent use of credit card "charge-backs".

    5. Q: When does my items ship?

    A: The online store of Woodall's Custom Workshop gives many options as to length, thickness, wood and finish choices. Delivery times for custom orders will be coordinated via the phone or email. Generally it takes no more than 7 - 14 business days to make an item to a customer's specification. Times closer to Christmas will be longer. We keep all materials on hand for quick order turnaround. Once the item is made then standard shipping time apply.

    6. Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

    A: We request that you allow up to 5 - 10 business days for orders shipped via UPS Ground and 3-4 days for orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

    My experience with UPS Ground orders is that delivery in the continental U.S. is usually completed within 5 business days.

    7. Q: Do you ship internationally?

    A: We do ship internationally and have shipped to Europe and Australia. Please check the weapon laws of your country and realize that VAT or other custom charges might apply to your order which you will be required to pay prior to picking up your package. We cannot pay these ahead of time for you and these taxes are specific to the country that you live in and there is no way for us to eliminate them. Also realize that customs routinely will open packages to check the contents.

    RETURNS

    8. Q: What is your return policy?

    A: We guarantee our products for 7 business days (from delivery date) from Defects ONLY. We have a strict policy of No Refunds, No Returns, and Only Exchanges for defects only. Please make sure what you are purchasing before ordering to make sure that you are buying exactly what you require since there is no refunds or returns.

    However we realize that there might be simple changes you would like to make to your purchase after you receive it. For example, if you are willing to pay round trip shipping, we will increase or decrease the rope length of your Nunchaku or change the number of chain links at no additional charge. We understand that this is part of the process of fitting the weapon to the user. This offer is good for the first two months after you receive your weapon. We keep a personal file of your order and the shipping date and can verify your shipping date if you need it. After the initial two months, we provide the same service for a nomimal price.

    Exchanges are only accepted with a tracking number provided within the time mentioned above. A Exchange Authorization Code must be obtained from us and it must be visible on the outside of the returned box. A letter showing the name on the credit card and the reason for the exchange must be included in the box and an e-mail sent to sales@CustomWorkshop.biz so that customer service knows when to expect the package.

    The package must be received by us with 5 business days for a exchange to be honored.

    Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

    9. Q: Who is responsible for exchange shipping?

    A: Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees for the exchanged items if the exchanged items weigh more than their original purchase.

    10. Q: What happens if the item I ordered is not available?

    A: Since we make everything here in the U.S.A., you should never get a message from us stating that an item you ordered is not available unless the item is discontinued. We make our items upon receiving your order. This allows us to customize your own item exactly as you want and not as others require. This may take longer but the craftsmanship is well worth the wait.
